In counselling, we focus on understanding what you’re going through and creating space for your feelings to be heard. In group therapy, we work alongside others in a supportive and confidential setting. The group becomes a place where you can explore your feelings, relationships, and patterns with the guidance of a therapist and the shared presence of others. Together, we notice what emerges, reflect on it, and create opportunities for understanding and growth through connection.
